Obituary of Juan Hernandez

Juan Hernandez, age 74, Returned to the Loving Arms of the Lord on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019. He was the beloved son of Manuela Decos and the late Juan Hernandez. He was born in Camuy, Puerto Rico prior to relocating to the Bridgeport area many years ago. Juan was very proud of his employment as a Custodian at the Kennedy Center, but truly enjoyed watching TV. He also like disassembling and collecting radios and making collages with clippings from various magazines. Juan is the beloved brother of Inocencia Rodriguez, Carmen Rodriguez, and Luz Rodriguez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends that will sorely miss him. Juan was predeceased by his siblings, Ernesto Hernandez and Ana Torres. Family and friends are invited to attend Calling Hours on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home) 426 E. Washington Ave. Bridgeport, CT 06608. A Mass of Christian Burial is TO BE CONFIRMED at St. Peter's Parish on Thursday, November 14, 2019.
