My name is Will and "Big Rob" was a close friend of mine during the time he lived in Florida. I met him thru my friend Jaime and from the beginning of our friendship, I knew Rob was a warm hearted person which now a days is hard to find. We had a lot of trust in each other and helped each other get thru a few difficult times which is what real fiends do. But for the most part, we enjoyed hanging out, going to the gun range, playing Playstation 3 and loaning each other movies.
It was sad when he moved back to Connecticut and I always looked forward to the day he returned. Last time we spoke, he told me he was in the middle of a situation and his trip back to Florida was delayed a little. So my roommate, Mika, another close friend to Rob, recently looked him up, hoping to reconnect and we found about him passing.
I can't explain how sorry I am for Rob's family and just want them to know, there are others that feel his loss with you. I loved him like a brother and miss him terribly. Just wish I had the chance to say good bye so I hope posting these pics and telling this little story adds a little love to this great memorial for Rob. See ya bud.
