It’s never easy having to say goodbye to a loved one but today I had to say our final goodbye to my cousin Luis Soler jr. Words can’t describe how devastated I am along with the rest of my family. Such a great loss for us and with your departure goes yet another piece of my heart & soul with you right along with so many others that have gone in my life. You were always so embracing, kind & full of love not only for me but for all your family. Every time we’d see one another it was like we haven’t seen each other in years and I’m gonna miss those big bear hugs you’d give. I’ll cherish every memory from the fun & crazy times, to the success & goals I watched you achieve all the way down to the arguments & disagreements we had and lastly the way you loved my son As if he were your very own. I’ll make sure he always knows who his big cuz is and never forgets. Moving forward won’t be easy and definitely not gonna be the same without you but now I make sure to also take a piece of you with me. That love for family and life itself, that work ethic and grind for success and your compassion for others and warm embrace to those closest to you will be my motivation to keep strong and moving forward because I know that’s what you would’ve wanted for all of us to do.
