Obituary of Efrain Cedeño Torres

Efrain Cedeño Torres, age of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 13, 2019, at Bridgeport Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Maria Dolores Cedeño; his wife of over 35 years. Efrain was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico; son of the late Leonard Cedeño and Juana Torres.

He loved fishing and collecting antique cars and helicopters, but most of all he loved his grandchildren. Efrain will always be remembered as a friendly man who could talk to anyone and was quick with a joke.

Efrain is the loving father of Denise Cedeño; the caring stepfather of Juana Arocho, Jessi Pizzaro, Angel Pizzaro; the caring grandfather of Alex Colon, Cynthia Marie Rodriguez, Desaree Denise Gonzalez, Isaiah Gonzalez, Milagroz Sanchez, Jose Sanchez, Edgardo Patron, and Linda Patron; the great-grandfather of Eli Isaac Rodriguez; and the caring brother of Miriam, Iris, Aurea, Jorge and Luis Cedeño.

Friends and family are invited to attend Calling Hours on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home) 426 E. Washington Ave. Bridgeport, CT 06608. Funeral Services are scheduled to begin on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at 10 a.m. at the Funeral Home.  His interment will follow at Park Cemetery, Bridgeport.
