Obituary of Luis A. Diaz

Luis A. Diaz, "Macho", the beloved son of Ana Rodriguez and Modesto Diaz, has passed into the peaceful rest of the Lord on June 23, 2019 in St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT; Luis was born in Chicago, IL but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago.

Luis was a very kind hearted, low profile person whom appreciated the valuable things in life such as spending time with his nieces, and nephews playing video games, wrestling and whatever else came their way to spend memorable moments together. He was a talented singer whom had even recorded some personal songs and made them available to his immediate family and friends. Everyone knew that Luis was gifted in Electronics and computers and would come to him looking for resolutions to issues they may have because they knew that Luis would figure it out......and that he did.....and did it well....During the family times, everyone appreciated his sense of humor and jokes he would share all to simply see his family laughing and smiling; He will forever be missed and cherished by many who love him dearly.

Besides his parents Luis is survived by his daughters Michanali Diaz and Naylin Diaz; his siblings Ivelisse Berrios, Maria Berrios, Edga Ortiz, Nelson Diaz, Claribel Diaz, Bianca Gomez, Rafael DeJesus, Selena DeJesus, Valerie Gomez, Vanessa Gomez, Jayla Parlor and Alexandra Gomez; and a host of other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him.

Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, July 5, 2019 from 5-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington aVenue, Bridgeport, CT. A Funeral ceremony will take place in the funeral home on Saturday, July 6, 2019  beginning at 10:00 A.M. followed by interment in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT
