Obituary of Dionisio Contreras Peña

Dionisio Contreras, age 42, the beloved son of Dionisio Contreras, Sr. of Puerto Rico and Nancy Peña of Bridgeport has passed into the peaceful yet glorious presence of the Lord on Sunday, May 12, 2019 in Bridgeport Hospital while surrounded by his loving family.  Dionisio was a great man who enjoyed a peaceful quiet atmosphere where he could spend quality times with his family. Nothing brought greater joy to his heart than doing doing that. He also enjoyed riding horses when he could, although in the city it was a difficult thing to accomplish doing. In addition to his parents he is survived by his Wife Yoskary Reyes Rodriguez;  his Children, Ariana, Felipe, Jayden, Nicole & Sheyla;  his siblings, Rizick E. Rosario, Ingrid Rosario, Nirsa Cortes  & Nelia Rosario; His grandmother Nelia Ortiz and a host of other relatives and many friends whom appreciated and loved him dearly.  

Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday (TODAY), May 13, 2019 from 6-9 P.M. at the Funeraria  Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT 06608;

Funeral Services have been scheduled for Tuesday, May 14, 2019 beginning at 12:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home followed by interment in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT ;
