Obituary of Jose Ignacio Correa

Jose Ignacio Correa, age 60, beloved spouse of Angelica Sanchez has passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on February 6, 2019 in St. Vincent's Medical Center.  Jose was born in Colombia but had relocated to the United States many years ago.  Besides Angelica, Jose leaves to cherish his memory his stepchildren whom he shared many good times and memorable moments David (Clarissa) Sanchez and Orlando Sanchez;  his sister Cristina Cardona; and other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him.

Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from 5-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT;

Funeral services have been scheduled for Wednesday, February 13, 2019 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church;  Final disposition will take place in Mt. Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT soon right after the Mass, directly to the cemetery;
