Obituary of Maritza Soto

Maritza Soto, age 53, beloved daughter of the late Carmen Daisy Delgado (Cedeño) and Reinaldo Delgado has passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on December 17, 2018 in St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT after her couragous multiple health battles. Maritza was a lifelong Bridgeport resident;  In addition to her father Maritza is survived by her spouse Santos Martinez whom  was by her side every step of this way;  her siblings Miguel Delgado and his spouse Luis Santiago, Orlando Delgado and his spouse Carmen Maritza Negron,  Pedro Garcia and his spouse Brenda Marrero, Vicente Garcia and his spouse Jessica Garcia, Clarissa Lopez Ribot and Gladys Delvalle;  and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends whom will dearly and sorely miss her.  Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, December 21, 2019 from 6-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 East Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT;  Funeral services have been scheduled for Saturday, December 22, 2018 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home followed by interment in Park Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT; the Pastor Hector Hernandez of the Church of God,  Center of Life, is officiating her services;  Please sign our online registerbook as a place that has been established where you may share your thoughts, memories, prayers, pictures and so much more but is exclusively found at www.luzdepaz.com;
