Obituary of Elisa Diaz

Elisa Diaz, age 92,  currently of Trumbull has entered into the presence of the Lord on Saturday,  October 6, 2018 at the Maefair Healthcare Center, Trumbull, CT while surrounded by her family.  Elisa was born in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport Area many years ago.  Elisa is survived by her sons Nick Ortiz, John Ortiz and Francisco Ortiz;  Her daughter Ileana Caribe; her grandchildren Carlos Galarza, Melvin Galarza, Davy Galarza, Jonathan Ortiz, Frances Ortiz, Christina Ortiz, Nicholas Ortiz and Nicholas John Rosario; several great grandchildren and a host of other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, relatives, and friends whom will dearly miss her.  Truly a gem perfected, a priceless treasure who could never be replaced nor forgotten through the unforgettable moments created with those she loved throughout the years.  There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, October 13, 2018, 2:00 P.M. at the Blessed Sacrament Church, 275 Union Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06607;  Final disposition will take place in Cementerio Los Cipreses in Bayamon, Puerto Rico;  An online Registerbook and memorial webpage has been established as a home where you may share your thoughts, memories, prayers, pictures and so much more but is found ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY at www.luzdepaz.com
