Obituary of Lucila Torres

Lucila Torres, age 77, beloved widow of the late Pedro Torres has passed into the peaceful rest of the Lord on September 10, 2018 in her home, while surrounded by her loving family who never left her side.  Lucila was born in Cidra, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area  many years ago.  She is survived by her sons Humberto Torres (Maribel Nieves) and Orlando Torres (Sonia Rosado); Daughters Luz Miriam Torres, Sonia Torres and Arlene Torres (Anthony Lozada);  her sister Virginia Soto (Jose Soto); sixteen grandchildren, many great grandchildren and enen some great great grandchildren; a life well lived and one never to be forgotten;  In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her daughters the late Edna Santos and the late Wanda Torres;  Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, September 13, 2018 beginning at 11:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home, where Families are always First), 426 E.
