Obituary of Carmen Ortiz

Carmen Ortiz, age 89, entered into eternal rest at Cassena Care in Stamford on August 7, 2018. She was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico; daughter of the late Eladio Ortiz Lozano and Bernabela Rodriguez prior to relocating to the Bridgeport area many years ago. Carmen is the loving mother of Maria Ortiz; and the caring grandmother of 8 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter, Marina Andino. Friends and family are invited to attend Calling Hours on Friday, August 10, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Families First at Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT 06608. Her interment will follow directly after at Park Cemetery, 620 Lindley St., Bridgeport, CT 06606.
