Obituary of Francisca Fortes

Francisca "Pancha" Fortes, age 81, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful presence of the Lord on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 in St. Vincent's Medical Center while surrounded by her loving family. Francisca was born in Camuy, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the United States over 50 years ago. She is the daughter of the late Jose Fortes and the late Fela Crespo; Francisca is survived by her sons Manuel , Gilbert, Osvaldo Jr., Tito, and Johnny ; six grandchildren; two great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling Hours on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, from 6-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT; The Funeral service will take place Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 10 A.M. in the Funeral Home, followed by Interment in Park Cemetery.
