Obituary of Margarita Medina

Margarita Medina, age 85, beloved daughter of the late Ramon Medina and the late Aurora Vale, has entered the gates of Heaven to be with the Almighty God above on June 9, 2018 in St. Mary's Hospital, Waterbury, CT; Margarita was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago where she resided the majority of Her life until most recently where she had been residing in Shelton, CT with her family; Margarita was a woman who loved the Lord Jesus with her entire being; She worked in the church for many years where she served in many capacities including but not limited to Usher, Deacon, Treasurer, etc. She was a strong woman with deep principles who raised her children to be strong, productive family men as she worked in Factories while they were growing up to make ends meet and provide in her home as a single mom; Truly an example to many, truly blessed and favored in many ways, That is who Margarita was and will be remembered; She leaves to cherish her memory her sons Louis Pagan and his wife Janet, Jose A. Pagan and his wife Lucy and Israel Pagan and his wife Genny; two sisters Mary Medina and Monserrate Medina; eight Grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews relatives and friends whom will sorely miss her; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 5-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Where everyone is ALWAYS treated like family), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT; Funeral services have been scheduled for Friday, June 15, 2018 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home followed by interment in Mt.
