Obituary of Jose A. Soto

Jose A. Soto, age 54, beloved son of Flor D. Soto of Bridgeport and the late Andres Soto has passed into the Glorious presence of the Living God on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 in Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven, CT while surrounded by his loving family. Jose was born in Norwalk, CT but had relocated to the Bridgeport area where he resided for most of his life. In addition to his mother, Jose is survived by his brother Andrew Soto of San Diego, California, and a host of other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 4-7 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home, where everyone is treated like family), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT; A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, June 2, 2018 DIRECTLY at the Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church 1950 Barnum Avenue, Stratford, CT; at 11:00 A.M. Interment has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. Directly at the Mt. Grove Easton Cemetery, Easton, CT.
