Obituary of Rafael A. Ocasio

Rafael A. Ocasio, Sr., age 72, beloved husband of Luz N. Ocasio of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful and Glorious presence of the Lord on May 24, 2018 in his home. Rafael is the son of the late Antonio Ocasio and the late Maria Crespo and was born in Quebradillas, Puerto Rico before moving to The United States many years ago. In addition to his wife Rafael Leaves to cherish his memory his son Rafael A. Ocasio Jr. (Lauren); one daughter Patricia Ocasio; His Brother Angel M. Ocasio; his sisters Amelia Ocasio, Carmen N. Ocasio, Norma Ocasio and Sylvia Ocasio; his grandchildren Amalia L. Nieves, Sophia I. Nieves, Alexie Marcano Jr., and Sara Lynn Ocasio; and a host of other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, May 27, 2018 from 4-7 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home, where everyone is treated like family), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT 06608. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 beginning at 10:00 A.M DIRECTLY at the Blessed Sacrament Church, 275 Union Avenue, Bridgeport, CT; Final disposition will take place on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 1:00 P.M.
