Obituary of Maritza Rios

Maritza Rios, age 52, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful and Glorious presence of the Lord on February 3, 2018 in St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT; Maritza was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport many years ago. Maritza is the daughter of Adrian Gonzalez and Lydia Gonzalez; She is survived also by her son Jose Rios and his spouse Michelle Acevedo of Waterbury, CT; brother Adrian Gonzalez; his sister Amaryllis and Migdalia Gonzalez; her grandchildren Jose Rios III, Jacob Rios and Angel Rios; and many other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss her; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, February 8, 2018 from 5-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 East Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT; Funeral Services have been scheduled for Friday, February 9, 2018 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home followed by interment in Park Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT 06608; The online Register book that has been established as a place where you may share your thoughts, memories, prayers, pictures and so much more but is found EXCLUSIVELY at www.luzdepaz.com;
