Obituary of Luis Antonio Mejias

Luis Antonio Mejias (Boricua), age 52, currently of Westbury, New York, passed away into the Glorious, peaceful presence of the Lord on January 3, 2018 in his home while surrounded by his loving family. Luis is the son of the late Benito Mejias and Olga Romero of Wesbury, New York; Luis was a wonderful man who loved his family and many knew him gracioulsy as "Boricua"; In addition to his mother, Luis is survived by his son Luis Mejias, Jr.; his daughter Marlene Mejias; His brother Miguel Mejias, Roberto Mejias, Elvin Mejias, Rene Mejias and Edwin Mejias; his sisters Lillian Mejias, Lizette Mejias, Carmen L. Mejias, Irma Mejias, Ixia Mejias, Ada Mejias , Genny Mejias, Daisy Mejias and Nilda Mejias; He will be sadly missed by all; in addition to his father Luis was predeceased by is brother the late Benito Mejias, Jr.; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, January 8, 2018 from 5-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E.
