Obituary of Margarita Gomez

Margarita Gomez, age 69, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on December 6, 2017 in her residence while surrounded by her loving family. Margarita was born in Puerto Rico to the late Teofilo Reyes and Esperanza Reyes. She is survived by her husband Cruz Gomez; her daughter Janet Gomez; her siblings Ivan Reyes, Carmen Milagros Reyes, Blanca Reyes, and Aida Reyes; her three grandchildren Janelle Gomez, Magna Contreras, and Destiny Gomez; two great-grandchildren Zakery Serrate and Zarder Serrate; and a host of relatives and friends whom will dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend Calling Hours on Sunday, December 10, 2017 from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06608.  Final disposition will be private at the convenience of the family.
