To a very big piece of my heart, a woman who showed me how to be strong, and how to love unconditionally....my aunt and godmother, Iris! Words can't express how much I love you.
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free.
I'm following the path God laid for me.
I took God's hand when I heard the call;
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day;
To laugh, to love, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way.
I found that place at the close of the day.
If my parting has left a void,

My deepest condolences to all of Iris's family and friends. I did not know Iris very long but in the short time I did, I could tell she was an amazing woman with a selfless heart. What I will miss even though few and apart are the moments we sat on her porch just sharing our thoughts . Mag you rest in peace and may your children and family find the strength to comfort each othervat this time.
