Obituary of Modesta Colon

Modesta Colon, age 90, of Bridgeport, passed into the peaceful Glorious Presence of the Lord on Sunday, August 27, 2017 in Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport, CT. Modesta was born in Naranjito, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. She is predeceased by her husband the late Jorge Colon. She is survived by her son Jorge Colon (Lizaura Colon); her daughter Carmen Colon (Ismael Rivera); her siblings Andres Cabreara, Alfonso Cabrera, Antonia Cabrera Morales, and Rafaela Cabrera; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
