Obituary of Jose Companiony

Jose E. Companiony, age 71, a native of Cuba, passed away into peaceful rest on Monday, October 1, 2012 in West River Healthcare Center, Milford, CT; Jose is the son of the late Dionisio and late Ana Companiony; He relocated to the United States since the early 1970s with his family and has resided here since. He had been employed at the General Electric for some years but mostly known for his Record store/Botanica on East Main Street, Bridgeport called Discoland; He is survived by his sons Jose Companiony and Edgardo Companiony; one daughter Blanca Carrasquillo; 14 grandchildren and nine Great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss him.
