Obituary of Ruben Pinero

Ruben Pinero, age 65, currently of Bridgeport, passed away into a peaceful rest of the Lord on May 9, 2017 in St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT. Ruben was born in Naguabo, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. He is survived by his wife Julia Elena Flores; his sons Ruben Pinero and Angel L. Pinero; his niece Beatriz Velez; his grandchildren Kie'ana E. Flores, Elias Pinero, Angelina Pinero, Lily Pinero; his great-great grandchil Sa'niya E. Flores; and a host of other relatives and friends whom will sadly miss him. He is predeceased by Frank Flores.  Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 beginning at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral service at 1:00 p.m at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT. Interment will follow in Park Cemetery, 620 Lindley Street, Bridgeport, CT.
