Obituary of Pedro Tomas Acevedo

Pedro Tomas Acevedo, age 64, of Stratford entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 1, 2017 at Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport, CT. Pedro was born in Hatillo, Puerto Rico to the late Tomas Acevedo and Martina Acevedo. He is reuniting with his beloved wife the late Yvonne Acevedo. He is survived by his daughters Rosalinda Rodriguez and Cecilia Rodriguez; his sisters Lucy Yates (Russell), Noelia Flores (Enrique); one grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, January 6, 2017 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 East Washington Ave. Bridgeport, CT. Funeral Services have been scheduled for Saturday, January 7, 2017 starting at 10 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial at Blessed Sacrament Church, 275 Union Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.
