Obituary of Christopher Ebron

Christopher Columbus Ebron, III. was born November 28, 1960 in Bridgeport, CT to the late Columbus Ebron and Betty Rae Ebron. He entered into eternal rest on August 6, 2016 at Bridgeport Hospital. Chris attended Central High School, where he played on the football team. After graduating high school, he began working with his father in construction at the Ebron Construction Company. In his younger days, Chris was an avid bodybuilder and loved to perform karate. Chris was very well liked and always gave a helping hand whenever he could. He loved to cook and was very generous with food, whenever you visited him, you were sure to be fed and have a drink. He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Mary Ebron of Florida, one son, Christopher Ebron, IV. one grandson, Ethan Christopher Yarbrough, one granddaughter Aliyana Ebron. Two sisters, Theresa (Robert) Ebron Swift of Fayetteville, Georgia and JoAnne (Michael) Cobb of Shelton, CT. One brother James C. Ebron. Three nieces, Sharyn Fields, Trinity Ebron and Madison Ebron. Three nephews, Michael, Brian and Kenneth Cobb. One great niece Theresa DeWitt and two great nephews Tyrone and DeAndre Parrish. Several cousins and a host of friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Janiece Ebron. Chris was loved and will be missed by all. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT.
