Obituary of Francisco Garcia

Francisco Garcia, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful Presence of the Lord on Sunday, August 19, 2012 in Yale New Haven Hospital; Francisco was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico before moving into the Bridgeport area many years ago. He is the beloved husband of Carmen Hernandez of Bridgeport; Father of one son Jose Nieves; two daughters Jocelyn Ramos and Jasmine Cruz; In addition to his wife and children he is also survived by his brothers Felix, Miguel, Geraldo,Pablo and Pedro Garcia; His sisters Carmen, Solangel and Minerva; one grandchild, many nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends who will sorely miss him. He was predeceased by his brother the Late Antonio Garcia and his son the Late Carlos Rodriguez; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 from 6 - 8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT. A Funeral Mass will take place Friday, August 24, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. in Holy Family Parish.
