It's almost your birthday. This was the first Thanksgiving without you and it will be the first birthday without you. I miss seeing you at the family get togethers and I miss how you were with my kids. I am so truly grateful to you for everything. I can promise you that my kids will always know who you are. It is going to be sad not having you here for the boys birthdays and Christmas. This is the time of year that family should all be together and you are the one that always made that happen. Grandma I miss you very much. You were the glue that kept this family together. You were the person that we all leaned on. You were always so good to me and I loved you and always will love you like my own Grandma. I want to thank you for taking care of Eric and raising him to be the man he is today. You did a great job with him and I thank you for that. I am so glad our kids had the pleasure of knowing you and meeting you. I will make sure you live on in our family. My kids will know who you are and they will see the pictures and hear stories about you once they are older. I love you grandma. I miss you so much and I can't wait till we meet again. America... I remember growing up in Bridgeport she would be one of the only family members that you would see around the house regularly. She would always be sweet!
