Obituary of Simone Theagene

Simone Theagene, age 95, currently of Stamford, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on Monday, November 2, 2015 at her Stamford residence. She was born in Haiti to the late Montville Theagene and the late Lauramise Pierre. She loved to sing and to hum the songs: Victia se pou mwen, chak pa mwen fe. Her favorite songs were: Victory is mine. Each step I made. She is survived by her daughter Jeanne Marie Carme Alexis; her adoptive daughter Vivianne Pierre; her brother Andre Theagene; her grandsons Emmanuel Alexis, Robenson Alexis, Reginald Alexis, Fred Alexis, Tobie Alexis and Daniel Alexis along with her two adopted grandchildren Caseline Cameau amd Carlsen Cameau; her Great grandchildren Megane Alexis, Stephon Alexis, Jeremy Alexis, Jordan Storbeck, Emory Jean-Louis, Neïka Alexis, Brayden Alexis, Makayla Alexis, Kylie Alexis, Maya Alexis, Ryan Alexis, Chloe Alexis, Regine Alexis, Jonathan Alexis, Tobnaelle Alexis, and Ethan Alexis; and a host of other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss her. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Saturday, November 14, 2015 from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. at Silliman Baptist Church, 1728 Fairfield Ave, Bridgeport, CT. Interment will follow at Park Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT.
