Obituary of Gustavo Alberto Garcia Corona

Gustavo Alberto Garcia Corona, age 55, of Derby, CT, suddenly passed away into the presence of The Lord on October 13, 2015 in his residence, Derby, CT. He was born in Venezuela to Dalia Margarita Corona and the late Melecio R. Garcia. He enjoyed many things in life including traveling, music, dancing, and entertaining. He had a unique love for animals, specially horses. His passion for his family was incomparable. He is survived by his beloved wife Maria A. Garcia. In addition to his wife, he is also survived by his sons Gustavo E. Garcia and Andres A. Garcia; his siblings Yris Garcia- Amoruso, Rafael E. Garcia Corona, Veronica C. Garcia- Alvarado, Carlos J. Garcia Corona; and a host of relatives, and many dear friends who will miss him dearly. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, October 16, 2015 from 7:00 p.m.. until 9:00 p.m. at The Funeraria Luz De Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), located on 426 E. Washington Ave. in Bridgeport, CT. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 17, 2015 beginning at 9:00 A.M. with a Funeral Mass at St. Josephs Church, 50 Fairmont Pl, Shelton, CT.
