Obituary of Antonio Alvarez
Antonio Alvarez, age 72, entered into eternal life on September 26, 2015 at his Stratford residence while surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Rosa Alvarez. Antonio was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to the late Antolin Alvarez and the late Dolores Alvarez. He is the loving father of Antonio Alvarez, Norberto Alvarez, Rafael Alvarez, Raquel Alvarez, Haydee Alvarez, and Mayra Alvarez; brother of Consuelo. Magda, and Melin; and the adoring grandfather of ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Antonio is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends whom will sorely miss him. Friends are invited to attend Calling Hours on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 from 6-9 p.m at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 East Washington Ave. Bridgeport, CT. Funeral Services have been scheduled for Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT.
