Obituary of Ramiro Flores

Ramiro Flores, age 85 of Bridgeport entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport. He was the beloved husband of Maria Flores. Ramiro was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico to the late Bonifacio and Santa Flores prior to relocating to the Bridgeport are many years ago. He was employed as Tool & Die Maker by American Fabrics, where he dedicated 34 years of service. Ramiro is the loving father of Maria Flores, Ramiro Flores, Jr. (JoAnn), and Lucy Flores; the caring grandfather of Elson Morals, Thomas Morales, and Daniel Bernabel, Nicole Flores Blackman (Steve), Ramiro Flores, III., several great grandchildren and one precious great great grandchild. He was predeceased by his son, Luis Rivera. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, September 4, 2015 beginning at 11:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home and interment in Park Cemetery will follow right after the service.
