Obituary of Carmen D. Vazquez
Carmen D. Vazquez was born March 22 1935 in Mayaguez, PR. God called her home on Aug. 13th 2015. She resided in Brooklyn, NY until 1984, when she moved to Norwalk, CT. She leaves behind two daughters, Suzanne Vargas (Dinard) Thalia Perry (Mark) and one son Ray Santiago Jr. (Sonia). She also leaves behind her oldest grand daughter Jennifer Ortiz (Daniel). She has six grand children and a host of nieces and nephews. The Family of Carmen Vazquez wants to thank you all for your condolences and kind words during this time.
