Obituary of Efrain Melendez

Efrain G. Melendez, age 63 of New Britain, CT passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on Saturday, June 27, 2015 in Connecticut Hospice, Branford, CT while surrounded by his loving family. Efrain was born in Naguabo, Puerto Rico to the late Dolores Melendez and the late Angela Gomez; He had relocated to the United States many years ago. He is the beloved husband of Zaida Melendez of New Britain, CT; In addition to his wife, He is survived by his sons Richard Tirado, Efrain Melendez, Jr. and Eli Samuel Melendez; His daughter Frances Melendez; six grandchildren and a host of siblings, nieces, nephews relatives and friends who will dearly miss him; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the Iglesia Manantial de Vida, 855 Grand Avenue, New Haven, CT from 6 P.M. until end of Service; Funeral services have been scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, 2015 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the church followed by interment in Evergreen Cemetery, New Haven, Ct; Please sign our online Register book where you may share your thoughts, memories, prayers, pictures and so much more and is found exclusively at www.luzdepaz.com;
