Obituary of Nereida Romero

Nereida Romero, age 76, of Norwalk, CT passed away peacefully in her home while surrounded by her loving family. She is the daughter of the late Antero Romero and the late Clara Llanos; Nereida was born in Carolina, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Norwalk area some time ago. a Phenomenal Hostess, thosethat arrived in her home would remain there so long because she not only received everyone with open arms but cooked for everyone in the home and everyone enjoyed being with her. Nereida is survived by her daughter Inez Martinez, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends whom will sadly miss her. She was predeceased by her daughter the late Betty Medina; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 from 6-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E.
