Obituary of Jesus Joel Rivera

Jesus Joel Rivera, age 27 of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest suddenly on Saturday morning, April 26 at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport. He was born in Bridgeport, son of Luis Rivera and Joanna Rivera. Jesus is the loving brother of Christopher Andujar, Joshabell Rivera and her husband Omar Colon; and the adoring uncle of Jandel Colon. He is also survived by his stepfather, Luis Rivera; grandparents Pedro and Saraphin Rivera; and a host of relatives and friends that will dearly miss him. Friends are invited to Calling Hours on Friday, May 1, 2015 from 7 - 9 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT 06608. Funeral Mass has been schedule for Saturday, May 2, 2015 starting at 11:00 a.m. at St. Charles Church, Bridgeport, CT.
