My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I'm sorry that I wasn't able to make it to the wake. Miguel was my 6th grade student and I remember how great of a big brother that he was to our Angel. It was an honor to be his teacher.

Be silent …be still in this moment in time. Celebrate the gift and opportunity our Heavenly Father has graced upon your lives to receive and host with love one his greatest creations for a time. Rejoice in your hearts, for there are no eternal good byes in Jesus Christ, but farewell and until we meet again. Just as you received and hosted Miguel with great love for a time, there will come a time when Miguel will receive and host you eternally with even greater love in Heaven. While there is silence here, a great rejoice and celebration takes place in Heaven, for the Father has welcomed a Son home and Jesus has welcomed him to his table.
