Brian Daniel Pabon, beloved little Angel of Brian Pabon and Jackelyn Colon of Bridgeport, passed away back into the heavens above on March 26, 2015 in Bridgeport Hospital. His short stay will forever be remembered by his parents, grandparents and family. A Burial will take place on Thursday, April 2, 2015 in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford, CT at 1:00 P.M.
