Obituary of Angela Cruz

Angela "Yuya" Cruz, age 84, of Bridgeport passed into the peaceful presence of the Lord on Sunday, July 1, 2012 in her home while surrounded by her loving family. Angela was born in Catano, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. She is survived by her sons Steven Nieves, and Julian Torres Jr. of Bridgeport; her daughters Ann E. Torres, Iris Montes, and Inez Nieves of Bridgeport; Her grandchildren Steven Nieves, Roseann Torres, David Nieves, Julian Torres, Jason Nieves, William Martinez, Eric Martinez, and Joel Martinez; and ten great grandchildren; Her brother Carmelo Santos, Tio Pellito, and sister Emerita Montalvo; and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her; Calling Hours will take place Wednesday, July 4, 2012 from 7-9 P.M. at Funeraria Luz de Paz ( Peaceful light Funeral Home) An online Book of Memories has been established where you may share your thoughts, memories, prayers, pictures and so much more and is found EXCLUSIVELY at www.luzdepaz.com; The Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful light Funeral Home), 426 E.
