I am so sorry for your loss. Carmen, Marlene, Joanne, Zoraida and family, my thoughts are with you during this time. May the memories give you strength and peace. Tio Manual was an examplary man. His smile and the sound of his laugh were contagious. One could not help but smile and get in a good mood when in his presence. He was truly one of a kind. A true family man. His legacy will live on.
Memory: The memory that I will always have of him is when I would ask for la Bendicion. When I lived in Bpt, if I came around him and dare pass by him without saying Bendicion, he would immediatley let it be known that wasn't allowed. Let it be known that I would only do this if I saw him busy because I had a lot of respect for Tio Manual and receiving the words "Dios te bendiga," from him meant a lot to me.
I send you hugs from Florida and I wish I could be there for you all. Bedicion Tio Manual! Que descanses en paz! Te quiero Janet o Como tu me llamamas...Janet la de Milco.

My most sincere condolences to my Aunt & Cousins I'm sorry for the loss... Manuel was always happy to see whomever it was around know matter what kind if day it had been for him.
