Obituary of Nancy Mendoza

Nancy Mendoza, age 47, was born in New York, New York and relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. The beloved wife of William Mendoza entered into the Glorious Peaceful Presence of the Lord on Thursday, June 14, 2012 in her home while surrounded by her loving family. Nancy is the daughter of Felix L. Gonzalez and the late Carmen Rivera; She was a wonderful woman with a love for life and spending time with her family and friends; In addition to being a wonderful wife she was an amazing mother of one son William Christopher Mendoza and one daughter Velissa Mendoza; In addition to her father, husband and children she was also survived by her brothers Robert Rivera, Luis G. Rivera and Alex Rivera; her sisters Lydia Sanchez Gonzalez, Carmen Sanchez Gonzalez, and Ada Duprey; her sisters in- law Norma Montalvan, and Cassandra Mendoza; her brother in-law Wilfredo Mendoza. A very special thank you to her Godchildren Natasha Duprey, and Jordan Montalvan; her niece Elizza Montalvan; and her parents in-law William Mendoza Sr. and Dominga Mendoza; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will dearly miss her; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, June 18, 2012 from 6-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, ( Peaceful Light Funeral Home ), 426 E.
