Obituary of Laura Valentin
VALENTIN Laura Valentin, age 82, of Bridgeport, passed into the peaceful arms of the Lord on Saturday, April 21, 2007 in Northbridge Healthcare Center. Laura was a native of Camuy, Puerto Rico before moving into the Bridgeport, area many years. She was the spouse of the late Antonio Valentin. She is survived by her daughters, Maria Garcia, Maria Valentin, Nilda Valentin, Minerva Rodriguez, Raquel Rodriguez and Maritza Valentin; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss her. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, April 26, 2007 beginning at 10 a.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, followed by interment in Park Cemetery. Friends are also invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home; Please sign our online registerbook .
