Obituary of Rosa Toro

Rosa Toro, age 90, of Bridgeport passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2009 in Bridgeport Hospital. Rosa was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico but moved into the area many years ago. She is the mother of one son Manuel Serrano and his wife Miriam both of Philadelphia, PA; one daughter Carmen Perez and her husband Herminio of Bridgeport; Grandmother of 10, great grandmother of 18 and great great grandmother of one. She is also survived by her sisters Justina Toro and Sandalia Toro both of Stamford, Ct; and a host of other relatives and friends. All are invited to attend calling hours on Wendsday, March 11, 2009 beginning at 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, ( La Funeraria de NUESTRA Comunidad), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by a Funeral service in the funeral home at 1:00 P.M.
