Obituary of Juan Soto

Soto-Juan M. Soto, age 27 of Bridgeport, a lifelong Bridgeport resident entered into rest suddenly on Sunday, December 3, 2006 in his home. Juan is the son of Edwin Soto of Stratford, and Carmen Yolanda Soto of Bridgeport; Juan loved music and many enjoyed his talent as a DJ since 1995 until the present time. He studied in UCONN where he majored in Communicaton and Hispanic Roots; He was a Tax Preparation Specialist for many years. He was raised attending ST. Peter''s Church where he volunteered and served as an altar boy throughout the years. He also attended ST. Peter''s Elementary School and moved onto Kolbe Cathedral High School where he graduated from. He Loved Children and youth with his great character and humble nature he was able to work with them. Along to his parents he is survived by his brother Jose D. Soto; his sisters Elizabeth Soto, Ana Maria Silva and her husband Rafael and Graciela Soto; his brother in William McMillan; and many other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, December 7, 2006 beginning at 9;00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in ST. Peter''s Church at 10:00 A.M. . Final Disposition will be at the convenience of the family. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, December 6, 2006 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeral Home. In Lieu of Flowers the family request that Memorial donations may be made directly at the funeral home and will be donated to a charity that Juan would of appreciated.
