Obituary of Mercedes Santiago

Santiago-Mercedes Santiago, age 85 Currently of Allentown, Pennsylvania, entered into the peaceful presence of the Lord on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 in Cedar Brook Nursing Home in Allentown, Pennsylvania; She is the daughter of the late Manuel Cruz and the late Elvira Toro; She is a native of Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico but lived in the Bridgeport area many years. She is survived by her sons Jose A. Sanchez, Samuel Sanchez, Ruben Santiago and Abraham Santiago; her daughters Adamina Sanchez, Sara Nieves, Wildesvilda Garcia and Noemi Santiago; her sisters Adela Rivera, Maria Santiago and Pura Cruz; fifteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. She was predeceased by her sons Felipe Santiago Jr.; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, April 17, 2008 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave. Bridgeport, (a Member of the International Order of the Golden Rule).
