Obituary of Gabriel Sanchez

Sanchez-Gabriel Sanchez, age 77 currently of Blythe, Georgia, entered into peaceful rest on Monday, October 1, 2007 in University Health System in Georgia. Gabriel was born in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico and moved to Bridgeport where he resided for over 50 years prior to moving to Blythe, Georgia just over 2 years ago. His love of all his farm animals was evident as he cared for them not only in Georgia but also in the Bridgeport area during his residence here throughout the years. Gabriel is survived by his beloved wife Tomasa Sanchez of Blythe, Georgia; his son Gabriel Sanchez of Puerto Rico; his daughters Yolanda Garcia Martinez of Bridgeport, Magdalena Rodriguez of Georgia, Venesa J. Sanchez-Dinatale of Hamden, CT, Maria I. Sanchez of Bridgeport, and Ramona Cruz of Bridgeport; 23 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren; He will be sadly missed by all. He was predeceased by his sons Angel Gabriel Sanchez and Miguel Sanchez; Funeral Services will take place on Saturday, October 6, 2007 beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Charle’s Church; Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday (TODAY) from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeral Home. please sign our online registerbook
