Obituary of Francisco Barbosa

Francisco J. Barbosa, age 23, of Bridgeport, beloved son of Francisco A. Barbosa and Maria Vega, passed away suddenly into the presence of the Lord on May 27, 2012 in Bridgeport Hospital. Francisco was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area where he resided since the early age of 5. He was an avid baseball fan and enjoyed playing pool with his dad with the hopes of accomplishing a future tournament competition where together they would travel to reach that goal. In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother Roberto Garcia of Bridgeport; his sister Linda Marco of Bridgeport; his paternal grandparents Francisco A. Barbosa and Carmen L Pellicier both of Arecibo, Puerto Rico; and a host of Aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends who will sorely miss him. Friends will be invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E.
