Obituary of Lelis Reyes

REYES Lelis Reyes, age 61 of Bridgeport, passed into the peaceful rest of the Lord on Sunday, October 21, 2007 at St. Vincent''s Medical Center. Lelis was born in Honduras but moved to the United States at the early age of 15. He originally moved into California, then New Jersey, New York and finally Connecticut. He was the beloved husband of Isabel Reyes of Bridgeport. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Alexis Reyes, Juan D. Reyes, Edgardo X. Reyes and Richard Lazarte; his daughters, Marisol Reyes and Victoria Lazarte; eight grandchildren and many other relatives and friends who will dearly miss him ; Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, October 24, 2007 beginning at 10 a.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Charles Church. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday (TODAY), October 23, 2007 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
