Obituary of Maria Ramirez

Ramirez-Maria A. Ramirez, age 53, of Stratford, passed away in Bridgeport Hospital on Wednesday, January 21, 2009. Maria was born in the Dominican Republic before moving to the United States at an early age of 15. She is the daughter of Manuel E. Ramirez and the late Carmen Gonzalez; In addition to her father she is survived by her sons Mike Perez and Joe Perez both of Stratford; Daughter Maria Perez of Milford; Brother Niño Ramirez, Papi Ramirez, Manuel Ramirez, Domingo Diaz, Jesus Ramirez, Mami Ramirez; Sister Maria E. Ramirez, Maria V. Ramirez, Sylvia Ramirez, Ceci Ramirez and other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Saturday, January 24, 2009 from 5-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (La Funeraria de NUESTRA Comunidad), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT. Final disposition will take place in the Cristo Redentor Cemetery in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
