Obituary of Orlando Pizarro

Orlando R. Pizarro, age 24, of Bridgeport a lifelong Bridgeport resident departed this world suddenly on Sunday, April 12, 2009 in Bridgeport Hospital. Orlando is the son of Nixa I. Reyes and her husband Jose Zayas of Bridgeport and Orlando Pizarro and his wife Vilma of Bridgeport; in addition to his parents he is survived by his girlfriend Lizzette Ruiz; his brothers Jose Zayas Jr, Marquis Zayas, Rafael Zayas and Isaiah Zayas; his sisters Nikea Zayas, Bernice Zayas, Beatrice Zayas, Veronica Pizarro and Sabrina Pizarro; his niece, Keanna Zayas and nephew Marquiz Zayas; Uncles Wilfredo Echevarria, Pedro Diaz, David Reyes and his wife Herminia and Rafael Reyes and his wife Maria; Aunts Carmen Reyes and her husband Jose Forte and Elizabeth Diaz; Several Cousins with special mention of Danny Baez whom Orlando considered his best friend and brother; and other relatives and friends who will sorely miss him. he was predeceased by his grandparents the Late Cecilio and Carmen Reyes and his uncle the late Ceasar Reyes; Funeral services have been scheduled for Friday, April 17, 2009 beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (la Funeraria de NUESTRA Comunidad), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Charle's Church. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford, CT. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, April1 16, 2009, from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
