Obituary of Mercedes Quintero

Quintero-Mercedes Quintero, age 64 of Stratford passed into the Eternal Arms of the Lord on Thursday, October 26, 2006, in her home while surrounded by her family. Mercedes was a native of Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico before moving to the area many years ago. She was a dedicated servant of the Lord Jesus Christ whom she served in her church and with her life. Her whole life consisted of her family , Helping anyone and everyone in church in whatever was possible. She is survived by her son Pedro Quintero, and Jesus Quintero; her daughter Ellie Kustrzewski and Awilda Rivera; Her six dear grandchildren; her husband Jesus Quintero and many other relatives, friends, and brothers in Christ whom will dearly miss her. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, October 28, 2006 beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the Iglesia Pentecostal Peña de Horeb, 536 Park Street, Bridgeport, CT followed by interment in Park Cemetery; Friends are also invited to attend calling hours on Friday, October 27, 2006, from 6 P.M. until end of Service DIRECTLY at the church.
