Obituary of Zenaida Melendez

Zenaida Melendez, age 50, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on May 1st, 2012 in her Residence. Zenaida was born in Camuy, Puerto Rico, but had resided in the Bridgeport area for many years. She is the daughter of the late Cruz A. Melendez and Hipolita Torres; She is survived by her daughters Barbara Ortiz, Zenaida Rosario; Her sons Heriberto Rosario, Rafael Vazquez; her nine grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends who will sorely miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, May 4, 2012 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by a Funeral service in the Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M.
